New idea: arrow

Prototype

My experiments with light displays gave me the idea to produce an object that simply displays an arrow. The object will be able to display an arrow going left, right, or randomly switching from one to the other every X minutes.

The object will have the following characteristics:
* a button allows to switch between modes LEFT, RIGHT and RANDOM
* work only during night
* work with solar panel and rechargeable batteries
